About The Space

KitchenSpace at 49 John St, Oakleigh in Victoria is a licenced factory incorporating four independent kitchens located close to M1 and EASTLINK.

Each kitchen varies slightly however all contain new stoves and oven, stainless steel splashbacks, workbenches shelving and walls.

Double stainless steel sink with extension hose and a separate SS hand basin, 3 phase power, drain point to grease trap in floor. All kitchens share a staff kitchen and use of a boardroom.

 This facility contains storage both in the upper level of the building and in despatch. An opportunity to include office space with your license is also available.

Security cameras and personal entrance codes secure the premises.
